File Upload
This is a utility program that will allow the uploading of files into your "download" directory that you allow others to download onto their computers.
Requirements for your site:

- Use this download utility when emailing a document is not feasible because of size or it is a standard document that can be made available to the public.
- Full-size should not exceed 7mb.
- Ensure that the case is exact for all characters including the file extension, which is required.
- If possible, never upload an .EXE or .COM file as these are program files.
- If uploading documents, it is recommended that the a PDF file be created of the document and then upload the PDF file. PDF files are one of the standard document sharing formats for the internet and can be loaded directly on a web page. A free PDF print driver can be downloaded from http://www.pdf995.com.
- When giving someone the link to download the file, insert "http://www.jmorrisrealty.com/download/" in front of the filename.
- Example: If filename is "Asia105ClosingForm.pdf", then the link to the file would be "http://www.jmorrisrealty.com/download/Asia105ClosingForm.pdf"
- Ensure that the case of the filename to be downloaded is exact for all characters including the file extension, which is required. Remember, "asia105closingform.pdf" is not the same as "Asia105ClosingForm.pdf"

If your browser is upload-enabled, you will see "Browse" (Netscape, Internet Explorer) or ". . ." (Opera) buttons below. Use them to select file(s) to upload, then click the "Upload" button. After the files have been uploaded, you will see a results screen.
